christmas day
Along time ago, when the world was very young,
I made the earth and made all things grow, because dear Children
I loved you so.
And upon the earth I made Adam and Eve,
Graceful in form, beautiful in grace,
In my image I made them,
a reflection of me.
Purer than a snowflake,
brighter than the sun.
Because my dear Children, I loved you so.
My love for my children,
was deeper than the sea.
Higher than the mountains,
greater than the universe.
Eternally I made them for my own special plan,
to live with me forever in the palm of my hand.
God talks to Adam and Eve and greets them as his friends
We walked together, talked together,
laughed and sang songs,
Did you know we even talked of all the good things to come.
They were my hearts glorious delight,
they were dear children the apple of my eye.
But one day, an enemy came, and drew my beloved children away.
Creeping and crawling with lies he came, and took my children’s love away.
My heart was broken! Oh how I wept!
As my children abandoned me,
and went their separate ways.
In to the world I sent them and watched them fall.
Evil thoughts and evil deeds ruled the hearts of men and kin.
On and on I listened to their sorrowful cries,
until at last as the centuries went by..
I waited till the time was right.
And because I couldn’t bare to let mankind go,
I sent my son, who I call the word, to be born to Mary,2000 years ago.
You see my son was sinless, as pure as driven snow,
Jesus was incorruptible; he had a pure soul.
And I sent him my dear children, because I loved you so.
My heart, was his heart,
My thoughts were his thoughts,
My voice was his voice,
And my spirit was his Spirit.
And when he became a man
He was obedient to my word,
And no other person either in heaven or on earth,
Could have delivered my word.
So on Christmas day, my love came down to earth.
The Love was in my son,
Jesus Christ Immanuel,
a great light in the world.
